You are responsible for picking up your order at the date/time you select. There is a 30 minute late grace period for pick ups, after which we cannot guarantee someone will be available to assist you with your pick up.
The initial pickup date/time you select at the time of ordering may be changed. Please submit a request by phone or email at least one business day prior to your scheduled pick up date/time so we can adjust our production schedule to accommodate. Rescheduling a third pick up date is not permitted.
Orders that are not picked by the initial scheduled date/time, without a rescheduling request submitted one business day prior, will be considered unclaimed. Orders that are not picked up after a rescheduled date/time will be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed cookies will either be donated to support our local community or eaten.
We understand that life happens. In the event you unexpectedly cannot make your initial pick up date/time the day of, please contact us by phone or email and we will try our best to accommodate you or reschedule.

How are my cookies shipped?
Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness and wrapped in tissue paper and/or crinkle paper for extra protection.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all states within the continental US.
When will I receive my cookies?
All cookies are baked, packaged and shipped out the same day. Cookies are shipped out Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on where it is being shipped to.
What if I don't receive my cookies?
Once the cookies leave us and are in the care of the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the package intact and on-time.
If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly and they can assist you in filing a claim per their insurance policy. Unfortunately we are a small business and do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please check to make sure all of your information is correct and complete when placing your order before submitting.
