All cookies contain eggs, milk and wheat and may contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy and other allergens.

Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness and wrapped in tissue paper and/or crinkle paper for extra protection.

We ship to all states within the continental US.

All cookies are baked, packaged and shipped out the same day. Cookies are shipped out Monday or Tuesday.

Once the cookies leave us and are in the care of the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the package intact and on-time. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly and they can assist you in filing a claim per their insurance policy. Unfortunately we are a small business and do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please check to make sure all of your information is correct and complete when placing your order before submitting.

All of our products are perishable goods and we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at homadesweetsllc@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your order has not been baked and shipped it can be canceled. If your order has been baked and shipped your order cannot be canceled.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at homadesweetsllc@gmail.com with your name, order number and change. If your order has not been baked and/or shipped we can try to accommodate any changes.
